Weekends and a little rest

This past weekend I had a little rest session.  I ran only a short distance on Saturday, fully intending to run on Sunday and I decided not to.  So I have a new intended schedule for the coming week.  Monday through Friday will all be swim/run/gym days.  One cross training day with no run.  I think it will add a little spice to the whole endeavour.

The running thing is becoming less of a fanaticism thing, and more of something I just do.  Although I am wondering how I will be able to drop my times to sub 9:00 miles.  I am hoping the cross training will help.
